Windsor police are investigating two convenience store robberies that happened just two hours apart.
Officers were first called around 2:00 this morning to a convenience store in the 2600 block of Jefferson Blvd. near Rose Ave.
Then, around 4am, officers were dispatched to a convenience store in the 2600 block of Lauzon Rd. near Hawthorne Dr.
In both cases, a suspect wearing a black mask approached an employee, showed a knife and demanded cash that was then placed in a yellow plastic bag with black lettering.
The suspect is described as a white male, approximately 6'2" with a slender build.
No injuries were reported and police believe the same suspect is responsible for both robberies.
Anyone with information is asked to contact police.
