Windsor police have charged one person
A charge of carless driving has been laid after a car and a motorcycle collided in Windsor's Riverside area.
Police say it happened about 8:30pm at South National St. and Buckingham Rd.
Two people on the bike were taken to hospital with broken bones and severe road rash.
The driver of the car is charged but was not injured.
