Windsor Police have arrested two suspects and is seeking a third in connection with an assault at a west-end business.
Police say shortly before 6 p.m. on Tuesday, March 31, officers responded to a report of an assault at a convenience store in the 600 block of Chippawa Street.
Officers learned that three men entered the store and were asked to leave by an employee due to their behaviour.
Two of the suspects then allegedly restrained the victim and assaulted him, while a third suspect pointed a white handgun at the victim.
Officers quickly identified the suspects, and a 20-year-old and an 18-year-old were located and arrested a short distance from the scene.
Both men have been charged with assault, and assault with a weapon.
The third suspect, a 15-year-old boy, remains outstanding. He cannot be named under the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
