Justin Trudeau is issuing another apology after photos and a video, show him in brownface and blackface on multiple occasions.
Speaking today in Winnipeg, the Liberal Leader said what he did "hurt people who shouldn't have to face intolerance and discrimination."
Trudeau said he "deeply, deeply regrets" his actions because it is "absolutely unacceptable" and he should have never done it.
Citing his "layers of privilege," Trudeau says he should have recognized the racist history behind blackface, adding that he did not at the time.
He says this is not something that represents the person he has become and the leader he tries to be, but he takes "full responsibility" for his actions.
The most recent photo was unveiled by Time magazine, which claims the photo appears in a yearbook for the private school where Trudeau was teaching in 2001 at the age of 29.
Local Liberal candidates in the upcoming October 21st election share feelings of disappointment.
Within an hour of the first photo going public on Wednesday evening, Trudeau apologized at a media conference asking Canadians to forgive him for what he did.
