The driver of a tractor trailer involved in a fatal crash on the Herb Gray Parkway has now been charged.
Back on February 7th, 19-year-old Nicole Vetor of Windsor was in an SUV stopped in traffic when she was hit from behind by a transport truck.
As a result, other tractor trailers were struck.
30-year-old Dinesh Kumar of Mississauga has been charged with careless driving under the Highway Traffic Act.
He appears in court May 29th.
