A busy few days are in store for Transit Windsor thanks to a weekend series between the Toronto Blue Jays and Detroit Tigers.
Executive Director Pat Delmore says whenever the Blue Jays are in town, Transit always draw a strong crowd.
He's expecting more than 1,000 people to use the tunnel bus service for each game.
"We don't think it, we know it a week ahead for Transit Windsor," says Delmore. "Whenever we have the Blue Jays in town, we know it's probably our busiest time of the summer season for baseball for sure."
Delmore says there will be additional buses but delays are still expected.
"We also anticipate heavy use in the tunnel so that will get backed up a little bit. It's suppose to be a beautiful weekend, go early so that you're sure there long before the game. Lots to do in and around the event and our service will return them right after."
The three game set kicks off tonight at Comerica Park.
