The Town of Essex is asking residents to share their input on the 2027 Municipal Budget.

Residents are encouraged to complete an online survey to help identify the capital project categories that matter most to them.

“Public input is an important part of the municipal budget process,” said Mayor Sherry Bondy. “We encourage residents to take a few minutes to share what capital priorities matter most to them. Their feedback will help Council and Administration understand the community’s priorities as we work toward the 2027 Budget.”

The survey is available online. Residents who prefer to complete a paper copy can pick one up during regular business hours at:

  • Essex Town Hall - 33 Talbot Street South, Essex, Ontario, N8M 1A8
  • Essex Centre Sports Complex - 60 Fairview Ave W, Essex, ON N8M 1X4
  • Essex Recreation Complex - 242 Talbot St N, Essex, ON N8M 2E1
  • Harrow and Colchester South Community Centre - 100 Jackson St, Harrow, ON N0R 1G0

The survey will remain open until Sept. 30, 2026.
