Tigers Rally To Drop Twins

The Tigers score four in the eighth and beat Minnesota 52

Victor Reyes singled in the go-ahead run in a four-run eighth inning as the Tigers rallied past the Twins 5-2 in Detroit.  

The Tigers scored five unanswered runs to overcome an early 2-0 deficit.  

Grayson Greiner's run-scoring single tied the game at two for the Tigers, who snapped a two-game skid.  Joe Jimenez got the win and Shane Greene his 16th save.

Eduardo Escobar had a two-run single in the first inning for Minnesota, which had won its previous two games.

In this afternoon's series finale, Michael Fulmer pitches for Detroit and Minnesota sends Lance Lynn to the mound.
