Tigers and Jays Both Win in Respective Series

Both teams will play their rubber matches Thursday night

The Tigers avoided another loss thanks to a sac-fly in the eighth inning from Brandon Dixon.

Reliever Nick Ramirez picked up the win with two scoreless innings, and Shane Greene closed it out for his 20th save in the 3-2 win.

Detroit had lost five of its previous six MLB games.
