Environment Canada has issued a severe thunderstorm watch for Chatham-Kent and Rondeau Park.
According to the alert, a cold front developing across Southwestern Ontario could bring heavy rain and isolated thunderstorms capable of producing high winds to the region Sunday afternoon into the evening.
Strong winds are the biggest concern according to the release; gusts could hit up to 90km/h.
Environment Canada says hail is also possible.
