The Detroit Lions winning streak ends, with a 2013 loss to the Texans.

The Lions fell behind 14-0 in the second quarter and never recovered in a 20-13 loss to the Texans in Houston.  Detroit scored 10 points in the fourth quarter to make it close.  Detroit had its three-game winning streak snapped to fall to 4-and-4.

The Lions are on the road again this Sunday at Minnesota.

Lions quarterback Matthew Stafford passed two Hall of Fame quarterbacks in career passing yards in the loss to Houston.

A 33-yard strike to tight end Eric Ebron in the second quarter pushed Stafford past both Terry Bradshaw and Ken Stabler.

Stafford is now 55th all-time with 28,130 passing yards.
