The cost of building Little Caesars Arena in downtown Detroit is now nearly $733-million.
The city's Downtown Development Authority says the revised estimate which shows an increase of $105-million, to build the new home for the Detroit Red Wings, reflects the specific cost of materials, permits, design refinements and subcontractor agreements.
According to the Detroit News, city documents indicate other construction costs could also be on the rise.
