Some of the boys were treated for minor infections during their hospital stay, but all are said to be recovering well

Looking happy and healthy, the 12 boys who were trapped in a cave in Thailand for two weeks, have finally left the hospital.

The youth soccer team and their 25-year-old coach appeared for a news conference today after they were discharged.

Starting with the coach, they all introduced themselves and sat with the Thai Navy SEALs who helped rescue them.

The coach explained he had been to the cave before and were inside because the boys had never seen it before — by the time they tried to leave, it was flooded and far too late.
