Testimony has wrapped up in the trial of a Windsor defence lawyer charged with obstructing justice.
Paul Esco pleaded not guilty at the start of his trial on Monday to two counts of attempting to obstruct justice stemming from an alleged incident on March 7, 2017.
Esco is accused of approaching a witness in an unlawful entry case and asking him to change his story.
The witness, Brad Rosehart, testified in court this week that Esco asked him to say in court that he didn't remember anything, but Rosehart replied he wasn't going to lie in court.
Rosehart then reported the interaction to police.
The crown wrapped up its case on Tuesday and the defence decided not to call any evidence.
Closing submissions are set for Thursday with a judgement scheduled for January.
