A tentative agreement has been reached between Hydro One and the union representing 2,100 employees.
The Society of United Professionals represents engineering, supervisory and other professional roles across the province.
The contract is subject to a ratification vote and details of the agreement have not been released.
If approved, it would be retroactive to October 1st, 2025.
Hydro One employees over 10,000 people and provides power to 1.5-million customers.
