A change in temperature for Windsor-Essex.
Monday's high is 23 degrees Celsius compared to the Friday high of 31 degrees but when the humidex was factored in it felt more like the low 40's.
Environment Canada Severe Weather Meteorologist Peter Kimbell says it's not odd to see the temperature go up and down during the summer months.
He says so far the temperature for July is normal.
Kimbell says the goldilocks weather continues in southwestern Ontario.
"We're in a bit of a cool phase right now but not really that bad," says Kimbell. "High of 23 today, normal high would be 28 so we are a few degrees below normal but that just compensates for last week."
Kimbell says it will be cloudy for most of Monday but the sunshine returns on Tuesday.
He says there is no rain in the forecast until Thursday.
