A youth is in hospital with life-threatening injuries after a crash in Essex.
Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) say a vehicle and an e-bike collided on Maidstone Avenue East at Cameron Avenue shortly after 9 Wednesday night.
Investigators say the cyclist—a 14-year-old—was rushed to hospital with life-threatening injuries.
The driver of the vehicle was not hurt.
Maidstone Avenue was closed for several hours while police investigated but has since reopened.
