Home Hardware in Tecumseh is growing.
Owner Brent Seguin says business is booming and renovations are underway which will more than double the size of the store.
Seguin says, with a staff of 70 employees, they've come a long way.
"We been there 30 years next year. Started off with a small Home Hardware. Now we're going to be under one building at about 55,000 square-feet. says Seguin "So it's exciting. It's good for the town. It's great for us. We're looking forward to it."
He says they've outgrown their current space.

Seguin says there will be new jobs created, but at this point it's hard to say just how many.
"We're going to gain 7,000 square-feet of retail space. So it's definitely going to increase some jobs." Seguin says "There might be some aches and pains going through it. We hope our customers will bear with it a little bit, but we promise that after it's complete we think we're going to have one of the best, state-of-the-art lumber and building materials stores in the county."
The nearly 23,000 square-foot addition will allow the store's outdoor lumber yard to come inside.
The expansion also includes more retail space and parking.
