240 workers are set to walk off the job at Wednesday at 1201am.
Talks resume today to try and avert a strike at Jamieson Laboratories in Windsor.
The current contract for the 240 workers expires February 22nd at 12:01am.
They are represented by Unifor Local 195 and union President Gerry Farnham tells AM800 news that he's prepared for a long day of talks.
He says talks up until this point have been good and have been moving in the right direction.
He says there is a 'whole host' of issues on the table but he wouldn't get into details.
