Talks have broken off between CUPE and the Canadian Hearing Society.
Four days of negotiations ended without a deal.
Workers, including those in Windsor, have been on strike since March 6th.
Money is the main issue as the union says employees haven't had a wage increase in four years.
In the meantime, the society has re-opened a limited number of programs and services.
Walk-in clinics are open at seven locations in Ontario, including one in Windsor.
In all, 227 workers at 24 offices across the province are on strike.
