Suspicious activity has led to a drug bust on Drouillard Rd. in Windsor.
Patrol officers noticed a woman looking into a vehicl parked at a business in the 1600 block of Drouillard near Reginald St. around 9:45pm Tuesday.
Police also noticed a man in the vehicle and while speaking with him, officers noticed he was trying to discard plastic baggies containing an unknown substance.
21 grams of suspected crystal meth, fentanyl, $350 Canadian and a cell phone were seized.
David Meadows, 40, is charged with two counts of possession for the purpose of trafficking.
