A 56-year-old from Windsor has been charged with impaired driving while driving under suspension.
Ontario Provincial Police say officers conducted a traffic stop on Alice Street North in Essex around 1:30 a.m. on August 1.
According to police, the driver was arrested and charged with Criminal Code and Highway Traffic Act offences.
Charges include operation while impaired, dangerous operation and driving while under suspension.
