Charges have now been laid stemming from a standoff in Windsor but the charges relate to a different crime.
Police were called around 8:30am Sunday for a reported domestic dispute on Marion Ave near Erie Street East with a suspect allegedly waiving a handgun.
Two men and one woman exited the home and were taken into custody.
Police negotiated with a fourth person inside the home who refused to come out.
Around 3:20pm, the suspect exited the building and was arrested.
It was determined that no weapon was involved and there had not been a domestic incident.
But police learned the four people were suspects in a robbery on June 2nd at 4am.
A victim has reported to police that he was robbed by a group known to him.
Charged with robbery are 43-year-old Timothy Szucs, 37-year-old Jamie Fox, 31-year-old Melissa Gasper and 44-year old Jason Mallat.
Mallat was also charged with assault causing bodily harm and failing to attend court.
An arrest warrant has been issued for 26-year-old Kyle Heywood on charges of robbery and driving while disqualified. Heywood was not present during the Marion Ave investigation.
