Two Windsor men face charges after a rash of thefts from vehicles in Essex County. The suspects were arrested in Harrow following an investigation that started September 14th.
Police also suspect the two are responsible for a number of property-related offences in Tecumseh and Lakeshore.
Charged are 31-year-old Christopher Chapman and 27 year old Darren Scott, both of Windsor.
Charges include fraudulent use of a credit card, possession of property obtained by crime and break and enter.
