Windsor Police have two men in custody after an attempted robbery at Caesars Windsor.
It happened just before 2am. Police say a man was in his car in the parking garage when he was approached by two men asking for cigarettes.
When he wouldn't roll down his window they left but returned a short-time later with a knife and demanded cash.
The man then drove away unharmed.
Then about 3:30am, police were called to a fender bender in the area of Tecumseh Rd. W and Crawford Ave. where two men were in an argument with the other driver.
The two matched the description of the casino suspects and were taken into custody.
Police continue to investigate.
