Windsor police release description of man wanted in Wednesdays robbery
Windsor police need your help to identify a suspect in a convenience store robbery.
Around 3:45 a.m. on Wednesday, police were called to a report of a robbery at a convenience store located in the 1600 block of Tecumseh Rd. E.
Investigators learned that a man entered the store and approached an employee behind the counter.
The suspect, who had what the employee believed to be a black handgun, demanded and fled with a quantity of cash.
No injuries were reported.
The male suspect is described as six-feet tall with a slender build, weighing around 165 pounds. He was wearing all black sweat pants with a small white "Under Armour" logo on the right thigh. He was also wearing a solid black hooded sweat shirt .
Police says the suspect concealed his identity with a black stocking covering his head and face.
