A Windsor man wanted in a multi-million dollar drugs and guns bust has been arrested.
At 1:45pm Tuesday, Windsor police located and arrested Sabastiano Profetto in the 5500 block of Rhodes Drive.
The 30-year-old is now facing a number of drug and firearm related offences related to 'Project Oz.'
The investigation involving both Windsor and Toronto police focused on the trafficking of illicit drugs along the Windsor-Toronto corridor.
Police executed a number of search warrants on six vehicles and homes in Windsor, Toronto and Brampton in late June.
Police seized more than 52 pounds of cocaine, more than 5 pounds Fentanyl, crystal methamphetamine, several other drugs along with more than half a million dollars in Canadian cash and six guns and ammunition.
The estimated street value of the drugs is over $5.4 million.
In total, six people were arrested including 29-year-old Danielle Hess and 36-year-old Minja Ljomovic, both of Windsor.
