Listings and sales both increase in January
2019 appears to have started off on the right foot for local realtors.
According to the Windsor-Essex County Association of Realtors, the number of homes on the market last month was 565, up more than 31% compared to January of 2018.
The number of properties sold is also up for the same time period, up 24%. 368 homes were sold in January 2019.
The average home sold for about $306,000 with the most popular style of home sold being a bungalow.
