The strike is over at Motor City Chrysler.
Unifor Local 195 President John Toth say a tentative deal was reach late Wednesday night.
He says the membership voted on the three year agreement on Thursday.
Toth says service staff voted 66 percent in favour while the sales team voted 62 percent in favour.
He says most members are pleased.
"It's not everything people wanted when they went on strike but it's a far better deal then what was on the table before the strike began," says Toth. "So people are generally happy again obviously there's always those of us that wish we got a little bit more but generally speaking, it's a fair deal."

Toth says the union fought the employer's concession demands.
"The employer was demanding concessions right up until talks broke off two weeks before the contract expired," says Toth. "I'm happy to report that the deal that was presented to the members contained no concessions at all but improvements."

He adds the deal includes wage increases.
"It varies greatly depending on the classification but some of the wage increases were in the wage of about eight percent over the length of the agreement," says Toth.
The workers were on strike for 16 days.
Toth says a bulk of the workers return to work next week.
