227 workers at the Canadian Hearing Society have a new five year collective agreement.
The workers voted in favour of the deal earlier today.
The contract includes wage increases in each year of the deal along with a pension improvement.
In a release, the Canadian Union of Public Employees Local 2073 also says the existing sick leave plan has been changed to a "comparably good plan."
The workers were out on strike for 10 weeks.
Before walking off the job, the workers had been without a collective agreement for four years.
The tentative deal was reached on Monday after four and a half days of mediated talks in Toronto.
Locally, there are 14 workers in Windsor at the Giles and McDougall office.
The workers return to the job on Monday.
