A section of Hwy. 3 has buckled near Tecumseh, Ont. again.
The westbound lanes of the highway were closed Thursday near Manning Road as crews worked to flatten concrete that had heaved due to extreme heat.
Essex County Warden Gary McNamara told AM800 News traffic engineers contacted the Ministry of Transportation to look into the issue after the last incident, but the issue is ongoing.
On Thursday, McNamara told CTV News he's become frustrated with the issue and is extremely concerned for public safety.
