The top call to Windsor's 311 during the fourth quarter of 2016 should come as no surprise.
1,110 calls came in for storm flooding from October 1 to December 31.
It's on top of the 1,900 calls that came in before the end of September for the storm that hit the area September 28-29.
The Insurance Bureau of Canada says the claims in Windsor, Tecumseh and Lakeshore amounted to about $108-million in damages.
City Engineer Mark Winterton reminds homeowners the city has programs in place to help families avoid future damages and there are flooding abatement subsidies the city offers.
Dirty yard complaints came in at second 818 calls.
Other calls include snow plowing and salt requests, tree maintenance and 425 calls for downspout disconnect services.
