Windsor police have released images of a suspect wanted for a convenience store robbery.
Police were called Wednesday, February 14 at 8:20pm to the store at Shepherd St. East and Dufferin Place for a robbery.
A suspect had entered the store with his face covered with clothing.
He held a knife and demanded cash.
At one point, an employee hit the suspect on the arm with a baseball bat. It's not known if the suspect was hurt.
A witness said the suspect was seen getting into the passenger's seat of a dark coloured car which was waiting nearby.

The suspect is described as a white man, 5'8 to 5'10, with a thin build, wearing a black hoodie with a green monster energy drink logo, black sweatpants, gray running shoes with white soles and a balaclava covering his face.
