Windsor police are giving credit to a watchful storage facility manager for the arrest of a break and enter suspect.
On April 16th, officers were called to a storage facility in the 800-block of Walker Rd., just south of Wyandotte St. E.
Staff reported several of the storage units had been broken into. On April 18th, the manager called to report two more units had been breached.
Investigators were told a renter at the facility had been spotted by the manager, who was able to see inside the man's unit.
It contained items believed to have been taken during the earlier break-ins.
Officers came to the storage facility and arrested the suspect without incident.
A 34-year-old Justin Brouillard faces a charge of break and enter and two counts of possession of stolen property.
The Property Crimes Unit continues to investigate.
