Charges have now been laid following a stolen vehicle investigation.
Windsor police say last Sunday (April 8) officers responded to a report of a stolen Ford F-150 pick up truck.
The following night, officers with the Service Property Crimes Unit spotted the vehicle in the area of Howard Avenue at Eugenie Street.
Police say the licence plate was on file as missing or stolen from a local business.
Police stopped the vehicle in the 2800 block of Howard and two adults were arrested without incident.
A 40-year-old woman from Windsor is charged with theft of a motor vehicle and two counts of possession of property obtained by crime.
Police have also charged 29-year-old man from Windsor with two counts of possession of property obtained by crime and two counts of breach of recognizance.
