Matthew Stafford and the Lions get set to take on the 49ers in San Francisco

Lions quarterback Matthew Stafford says he feels fine and will be good to go on Sunday against the 49ers in San Francisco.

Stafford had his knee and shin kicked by tackle Taylor Decker and then had the wind knocked out of him when he was caught between two Jets defenseman in the second half of Monday night's loss to New York.

The Lions had a walkthrough yesterday but in their estimated practice report, Stafford and running back LeGarrette Blount were listed as a full participants, defensive end Ziggy Ansah was limited and guard T.J. Lang and offensive lineman Andrew Donnal did not participate.

The Lions waived running back Zach Zenner off the injured reserve list yesterday.

Zenner was originally signed by Detroit as an undrafted free agent in 2015 out of South Dakota State.

His release will allow him to play again with another team, or return to Detroit later this season.
