The St. Clair Green Giants kept their playoff hopes alive Sunday night with a walk-off win in the bottom of the 12th.
The Green Giants scratched and clawed all game to stay alive and it was enough to keep their playoff chances alive, with the 4-3 extra-inning win over the Michigan Monarchs.
A good showing from the mound starter Jacob Moskowitz went 7 innings allowing two runs on seven hits while striking out five.
Jancarlo Llaser and Steven Butts kept the Green Giants in the game with work out of the bullpen.
Emilio Valdes pitched the top of the 12th and earned the victory.
The Green Giants look to keep their GLSCL playoff hopes alive once again at Lacasse Park Monday evening as once again they host the Michigan Monarchs.
