St. Anne Catholic High School in Lakeshore will be open Tuesday after an investigation involving threatening graffiti.
Sometime Monday, a school staff member discovered the graffiti which referenced a threat toward the school.
Following school protocol, the OPP was notified.
Officers attended and found the graffiti to be faded and did not believe it had been written recently.
After further investigation, the OPP has stated public safety is not an issue.
The OPP received several calls from concerned parents as news of the investigation spread across social media, but police are confident all necessary steps have been taken to ensure the safety of students and staff at the school.
Anyone who may have information about the graffiti is asked to call the OPP or Crime Stoppers.
