It was all Windsor Spitfires at the WFCU Centre Thursday night as they took down the visiting Hamilton Bulldogs 4-1.
The Spitfires got the scoring underway late in the first period as Aaron Luchuk netted his league leading 16th goal of the season.
Sean Day and Tyler Angle each added a goal for Windsor in the second period while Mathew MacDougall scored in the third.
Another solid outing for goaltender Michael DiPietro who made 27 saves to earn the win.
Spitfire winger Cole Purboo says they controlled the game from start to finish.
"They're a really skilled team and we knew that they were hungry for a win today. So we had a good week of practices and we said to ourselves that we're going to start off the weekend right and we're going to feed off the energy that we had from last weekend with a couple of big wins. So our game plan was just to stay hard and work hard on every shift."
The Spitfires have now won three games in a row.
Windsor defenceman Austin McEneny says the team is really clicking right now.
"Just the hard work and we've got our top line just putting up points and everyone is doing their job right. Everyone has just come a long way and we just keep continuing building and building everyday and we're having a good start to the season. So we've just got to keep going from here."

Spits Head Coach Trevor Letowski with 10 wins in the books, his team is off to a great start.
"I didn't expect the record to be what it is, there's no question, but there's a belief that we can win every night. There's an expectation to win. I think we've challenged them from game one to have that and now we've got some good results early."
Windsor is back in action Saturday as they begin a weekend road trip in Erie to take in the Otters.
Puck drop is scheduled for 7pm.
The AM800 pre-game show gets underway at 6:45pm.
