The Windsor Spitfires have signed three more players, bring their roster for the upcoming OHL season to 23.
The club has announced Igor Larionov Jr., Joseph Mizzi and Jake Smith have agreed to standard league player and education packages.
Larionov, 19, was originally a 14th round selection of the Saginaw Spirit in 2014. The Detroit, Michigan, native spent two seasons with the Honeybaked U18 program before playing 25 games with the Quebec Remparts of the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League last season.
Mizzi, 19, was a seventh round pick of the Hamilton Bulldogs in 2014. He spent time with the Cape Breton Screaming Eagles of the QMJHL, Newmarket Hurricanes and North York Rangers (OJHL) last season.
Smith, 20, was Mississauga's 11th round pick in the 2013 OHL draft. He played 66 games with the Chicoutimi Sagueneens and Val D'or Foreurs (QMJHL) last season, scoring 22 goals and 22 assists.
All three are expected to dress Thursday night when the Spitfires open the 2017-18 OHL season against Saginaw at the WFCU Centre.
