A big game tonight at the Memorial Cup in Windsor.
The Windsor Spitfires face the OHL champion Erie Otters, with both teams 2-and-0 in the tournament.
Otters head coach Kris Knoblauch expects a very tight game with Windsor. "They are known as a physical team, a team that's very well balanced with four lines and one of the best defensive teams in the OHL."
"If we're going to win, it's going to possibly take a 2-1 or a 3-2 win," says Knoblauch. "We're not going to be scoring 4, 5 or 6 goals, that shows how much more important our defensive game is."
Erie won the OHL regular season series against Windsor, 3-games-to-1, with two games decided by just a single goal.
The winner of tonight's game will advance to Sunday's final while the loser will meet Saint John in Friday's semi-final game.
AM800 has the broadcast from tonight's game starting at 6:30pm.
