A heartbreaker for the Windsor Spitfires as they fell 4-3 in overtime to the North Bay Battalion Saturday night at home.
Matt Struthers scored the winner just six seconds into OT.
Tyler Angle netted a pair of goals for Windsor while Curtis Douglas added a couple of assists.
Despite the loss, the Spitfires still hold on to the eighth and final playoff spot in the Western Conference just four points ahead of the Erie Otters.
Windsor is now off until Thursday when it hosts the Peterborough Petes for a 7:05pm puck drop.
The AM800 pre-game show gets underway at 6:30pm.
