The Windsor Spitfires were handed their fourth loss of the season at the hands of '67's in Ottawa Friday.
It took until midway through the second for either side to make its mark with Ottawa solving Michael DiPietro twice before Kyle McDonald brought Windsor back to finish the frame 2-1.
Ottawa set the pace for the third, scoring two more answered goals, one into an empty cage, for a 4-2 final.
DiPietro stopped 27 of 30 shots to take the loss for Windsor.
The Spitfires head into Peterborough Saturday - puck drops at 7:05pm.
