The Windsor Spitfires are back on home ice Thursday night as the club welcomes West Division rival the Sarnia Sting to town.
The Spitfires are coming off a 5-2 loss against Saginaw on Sunday, while the Sting were beaten 3-2 by the Sault Ste. Marie Greyhounds in their last game action.
Windsor remains at the bottom of the Western Conference with a record of 14-27-3-1, nine points back of Flint for the final playoff spot.
Sarnia is in between those two teams, with 37 points on the season.
Captain Liam Greentree's impressive season has continued of late, despite the Spitfires' struggles, as he's now up to 64 points on the year in just 41 games played.
Puck drop at the WFCU Centre is set for 7:05 p.m.
The AM800 pre-game show with Steve Bell will get underway at 6:50 p.m.
Following Thursday's game, Windsor will have a few days off before travelling to Sarnia for the back half of the home and home set on Sunday.
