Residents are asked to register at 311
Windsor is arranging a special garbage pick-up for residents affected by this week's storm.
So far, 298 calls have come into the city's 311 call centre about flooded basements.
The special pick-up in the coming days will be for anyone not going through insurance.
To register for the pick-up, people are asked to call 311 between 8am and 5pm and please register prior to 5pm on Wednesday, October 3.
