There will be four new faces around the Windsor city council table.
Fabio Costante, Kieran McKenzie, Jim Morrison and Gary Kaschak are all newcomers to city council.
Costante defeated John Elliott in Ward 2, he won with 2,139 votes to Elliott's 1,623.
"I want to first recognize Councillor Elliot for his four years of service and his over 30 years of service to youth in the west end and across the city," said Costante. "So I really want to recognize all the work he's done."

Costante has a list he wants to get working on too.
"We've got a bucket list of things we want to get done and some of these things are very small things, some of them are a bit larger," said Constante. "But our whole goal now as a community, not just me as an elected official, as a community is to check off all of the things we want to get done in the neighbourhoods."
Elliott tells AM800 News he has to keep his head up.
"We put up a good race, I remember I go back to the 3-5 vote to former Councillor Jones so I know what it is to be on the losing side but hey we did everything we could."
Kieran McKenzie finished with 3,178 votes in Ward 9, beating Hilary Payne who finished with 985 votes and Alex Aggarwal finished third with 803 votes.
"What I really want to say to Hilary Payne is thank you," said McKenzie Monday night. "Thank you very much for decades of earnest public service. He served this community, in my opinion, with integrity and I have nothing but respect."
A newcomer to council, McKenzie, is not a newcomer to politics. He has been an advisor to Windsor-West New Democrat MPP Brian Masse for years.
McKenzie said residents in Ward 9, the southeast corner of the city, want more infrastructure work.
"There's traffic on every single major artery that isn't built to handle the traffic volume that it's seeing right now," said McKenzie. "We've been developing and growing and we haven't made appropriate investments."

Jim Morrison upset Paul Borrelli in Ward 10 by 250 votes.
Gary Kaschak also replaces the outgoing Bill Marra in Ward 8. Kaschak finished with 932 votes, exactly 100 more than David Sundin.
Incumbent Drew Dilkens was re-elected after defeating former Chamber president Matt Marchand by more than 12,000 votes in Monday's municipal election.
Fred Francis retained his Ward 1 seat by beating Darcie Renaud by more than 1,300 votes.
Rino Bortolin easily won in Ward 2 by more than two thousand votes.
Bortolin tells AM800 News there's one issue that stands above the rest in this election.
"I think number one issue that we need to accept is that the addictions, opioid, mental health issues, homelessness issues that our downtown is facing is not just the biggest issue in my ward, it's the biggest issue in our city. And we start to think of it that way we're going to start to see some better results."
Bortolin hopes the new council can work better, together.
"I think one of the issues is how councillors approach their work," said Bortolin. "We get very parochial 'it's not an issue in my ward'. I've even heard it a few times over the past four years that 'it's not an issue in my ward, I can't support it'. We need to get away from that thinking."
Chris Holt won in Ward 4 with 4,407 votes to Janice Campbell's 1138.
Ed Sleiman won again in Ward 5, beating Joey Wright by less than a thousand votes while Jo-Anne Gignac defeated Jeff Denomme by more than a thousand votes to keep the Ward 6 seat.
Irek Kusmierczyk won Ward 7 with 4,745 votes. His closest opponent was Angelo Marignani with 982. Barb Holland had 658 and Albert Saba had 408.
Kusmierczyk tells AM800 News he is looking forward to working with some new council members.
"I remember when I was the new face on city council five years ago, I remember that many councillors took me under their wing and showed me the ropes and were very kind to me. I want to single out Councillor Bill Marra who has just been an unbelievable mentor to me."
Voter turnout continues to be an issue in Windsor.
Only 34.73% of eligible voters cast a ballot in this year's election — that is lower than the voter turnout in 2014, which was 37.46%.
