A little bit of everything 'weather wise' today for Windsor-Essex.
Environment Canada is calling for 5 to 10cm of snow for the area during the morning commute with wind gusts up to 50-kilometres-an-hour.
But that snow will change to rain with a risk of freezing rain before the noon hour.
Meteorologist Gerald Cheng says "there is also a risk of freezing rain as the temperature warms up through-out the day. And once the snow changes over to rain then we have to deal with the next part of the system which is the strong winds. By this evening we could see wind gusts up to 80 km/h."
