A down month for real estate locally.
The Windsor Essex County Association of Realtors is reporting 1,140 new listings in September which is down nearly 13% compared to the same month in 2025.
357 properties exchanged hands, a 17.5% decline, with the average price at $561,000 off 4% from a year ago.
Year to date, sales are also down 6% while prices have fallen 3%.
