A slight dip in home sales across Windsor-Essex in March.
The Windsor-Essex County Association of Realtors is reporting a 2 per cent decrease in year-over-year sales with 352 homes sold in March compared to 361 in March 2025.
Year-to-date sales are down over 6 per cent with 895 homes sold so far in 2026 compared to 959 during the first three months of 2025.
The average sales price decreased 7 per cent and was $539,208 in March compared to $580,816 in March 2025.
WECAR says 87 properties were sold last month in the price range of $420,000 and $549,999, while 89 properties were sold in the price range of $550,000 to $699,999.
Market activity also saw a nearly 10 per cent decrease, with 939 new listings in March compared to 1,043 listings in the same month last year.
