Quebec Premier Philippe Couillard says there will be solidarity rallies across Quebec today following Sunday night's shooting attack at a mosque in Quebec City.
Six people were killed and eight others wounded when gunmen opened fire just after evening prayers ended.
Prime Minister Justin Trudeau calls the shooting a ``terrorist attack on Muslims.''
Two people have been taken into custody.
The mosque has issued a statement on Facebook, saying, ``All our thoughts are with the children who have to be told their father has died... May Allah give them patience and strength.''
